Is a passionate accredited Exercise Physiologist who is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of everyone that she comes into contact with.
Jennifer completed her Bachelor of Exercise Science degree in Canada and then travelled to Australia where she has practiced for the last 10 years. Growing up she was a multi-sport athlete and has always been interested in health and fitness.
She provides physical activity and behaviour change support for clients with conditions such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, osteoporosis, chronic pain, cancer, arthritis and many more.
She loves getting to know her clients and strives to create a safe and supportive environment in which she will work together to reduce your pain, build strength and mobility, restore confidence and get you back doing things in life that make you the happiest.
Jennifer looks forward to supporting you on your journey to improving your health and well-being!
What is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) ?
AEP's are university qualified allied health professionals equipped with the knowledge, skills and competencies to design, deliver and evaluate safe and effective exercise interventions for people with acute, sub-acute or chronic medical conditions, injuries or disabilities.
